I contacted William on a late evening because my a/c had stopped working and my house was 80 on a 90 degree day. William showed up the next morning at 8 am and by 11 my a/c was back up and running. William is amazing! He was on time and called if he was going to be early! Yes early! Seriously so pleased with his service! He replaced a furnace for me and gave me pricing, and timeline of when and how long it would take. He even came in under on the time he said it would take. He is very thorough and answered all my questions. He also maintained my water heater and was very honest, most people would have said it needed to be replaced because of the age, but he did the maintenance work on it and it didn’t show any calcium and didn’t show any reason to be at this point in time. I would call him for any maintenance or repairs in the future hands down!
