Thankfully, we decided to get a second opinion, and a friend recommended William so we gave him a text and he came quickly. He was thorough, honest, and went above and beyond to actually figure out what was going on instead of just trying to sell us something new. He took the time to explain everything clearly, showed us what was really needed (which turned out to be much less than a full replacement), and got everything running perfectly.
