In spring of 2022 we wanted to add air conditioning to our existing central heating system. After getting 3 bids for the job, William & Bernadette at Efficient Systems were the best by far. I really like this place. They are always customer friendly and are able to help me out when I need them. William is excellent  on getting my ac or furnace going and very polite. Super awesome business and people. Highly recommend and will use them again.

I noticed a faint smell of gas on Friday afternoon, right before a Holiday weekend. They were able to squeeze me in and had a tech at my house in 2 hours. He was super friendly, knowledgeable, and confident. He didn't find a leak, and the smell went away, but he didn't make me feel like I was a crazy person for calling them in. The technician was able to come over day of and fix our heating issue promptly. He was professional, knowledgable, and made sure to do multiple tests prior to leaving to ensure it was working accurately. Their team called the next day to make sure it was still working. After using another provider for years their service and cost quickly went downhill once they were purchased by a national company, so I wanted to look for a good local company. I found Efficient Systems after comparing companies and I couldn't be happier with choosing them. William is the BEST, it's nice having the same technician come out everytime for my annual maintenance on cooling and heating. He doesn't try and upsale things that don't need to be changed.
